These often have quite a few people at the start of their career and, several times, I&amp;rsquo;ve ended up in conversations about the best way to stand out when starting a tech career. Now I&amp;rsquo;m not claiming that these are going to magically help you win a position, but I do think that they&amp;rsquo;ll help improve your chances.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
